TEN - HOS
INVIRTUO TEN-HOS is an advanced formulation of inks based on nitrocellulose, to be used for flexo and gravure printing. This ink exhibits superior qualities and improved heat resistance. It possesses quick drying properties, excellent gloss and adhesion on to a large variety of packaging films, paper and foil.
Description:
Invirtuo TEN-HOS printing inks are cellulose based for surface printing possessing the following characteristics:
- Excellent adhesion on to various substrates e.g. aluminum, corona treated PE, PVDC coated cellophane, acrylic coated PPOPP, pre-treated/coated (clear and metallized) P-Ester, PVC (metallized and transporent) and many others.
- High gloss.
- Excellent printability.
- High flexibility.
- Good chemicals, scuff, rub and detergent resistance.
- Deep-freeze resistance.
- High color strength.
- Fast drying with no order.
- Heat sealing resistance (up to 180 C)
Solubility
Invirtuo TEN-HOS inks are soluble in co-solvents of alcohol and acetates as:
1. ETHANOL - Regular
2. ETHYL ACETATE - Fast
3. ETHYL GLYCOL OR DOWANOL - Slow
For best printing results, use Invirtuo Ten-HOS solvents
Reducing Varnish:
Use Invirtuo TEN-HOS Varnish
(medium) to reduce color strength without quality compromise.
